4 or 8 for octave. peak adds two angelic harmonic notes that get louder, more defined and more resonant at higher settings, i roll off a tiny bit to cut the harshness. reducing cutoff int raises the pitch of the harmonics. cutoff raises the pitch at higher settings on what feels like a more linear, forceful waveform. hold one sustained note as a bass/pedal tone and adjust the settings for melody. adding a movement sequence for those two knobs could be cool.
The VolcaShare code repository was unceremoniously created ten years ago, on March 12, 2016.
Since then, it's grown from an experimental Volca Bass patch database using WebMIDI into a
home for Volca Keys patches and browser-based emulators too.
To celebrate the ten years, I'm introducing something fun:
Mystery Patch,a daily challenge where you recreate a hidden synth patch by ear.
Thanks for popping in, checking out the patches, sharing your own, and playing with the emulators.
